Institutional Preamble
This covenant governs your access to and utilization of the Savanna quantitative infrastructure.
Savanna operates exclusively as an algorithmic Asset Management Firm, deploying advanced computational models to aggregate and execute global market liquidity. By funding a wallet, initiating a Managed Round, or participating as a Principal Liquidity Anchor, you enter into a binding operational mandate with Savanna. You explicitly agree to the architectural rules, settlement protocols, and risk allocations defined herein.
1. Fiduciary Mandate and Risk Acknowledgment
You are deploying capital into live global markets. While the Leo quantitative engine is engineered to maintain a Sustained ROI through high-frequency rebalancing and cost compression, global financial markets are inherently volatile.
- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that historical performance does not dictate future results. You assume full responsibility for the operational subscription fees utilized to activate Managed Rounds.
- No Fixed Guarantees: Savanna targets strategic yield ranges but explicitly rejects any framework of guaranteed or fixed returns. Yields are derived strictly from algorithmic market execution.
1A. Offer Threshold and Soft-Threshold Acknowledgment
Certain commercial offers include a recommended threshold equity designed to align operating capital with expected execution intensity.
- Threshold States: Offer access may be classified as (i) threshold met, (ii) below-threshold acknowledgment required, or (iii) blocked by policy.
- Acknowledgment Requirement: Where permitted, checkout continuation below the recommended threshold requires explicit user acknowledgment of additional operational risk.
- Policy Block: Savanna may deny activation of offers when equity is materially below policy floors, without prejudice to selecting lower-threshold offers.
2. Operational Mechanics: Managed Rounds
Your participation in the global markets is structured through time-bound Managed Rounds.
- Irrevocable Authorization: The moment you select a timeframe and authorize a subscription fee, you grant the AI Core full, irrevocable authority to execute trade aggregation and rebalancing maneuvers on your behalf for the duration of that cycle.
- Operational Burn:The subscription fee is a collective infrastructure contribution consumed upon activation to power the computational intensity of the round. It is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the round's final market yield.
3. The Sponsor-Delegate Covenant
For users interacting with the platform's liquidity bridge, the following legal distinctions apply to ensure the protection of all participants.
- Delegate Boundaries: As a Delegate, your subscription fee grants you temporary piloting rights over an Escrow Ledger. You acquire zero ownership rights over the principal capital within that ledger.
- Anchor Protection: Principal Liquidity Anchors (Elite Sponsors) lock their wealth into the ecosystem to fuel these ledgers. The AI Core is hardcoded to prioritize the preservation of this base capital above all active execution strategies.
- The Settlement Waterfall: Upon the conclusion of a Sponsor-Delegate round, you agree to the automated, non-negotiable mathematical settlement: 60% of the gross yield to the Delegate, 40% to the Elite Sponsor, less the standard 10% platform maintenance allocation.
4. Capital Velocity and Settlement Protocols
Savanna strictly regulates the flow of liquidity to ensure the stability of the platform's aggregate treasury for the Delegated-Liquidity.
- The Minimum Operating Balance (MOB): You agree to the enforcement of the MOB lock during your settlement phase. The platform will automatically reserve the capital required for your subsequent Managed Round, plus a minimal maintenance buffer, before releasing your net profits.
- Auto-Retention: If a Managed Round yields an amount equal to or less than your next required subscription, you consent to the Auto-Retention Lock. Your capital will be cycle-locked to initiate the next consecutive round, ensuring the quantitative strategy is executed across the minimum required cycles.
- Withdrawal Jurisdiction: Savanna reserves the right to route any withdrawal request through the Red Channel (Manual Institutional Review). Requests exceeding standard velocity limits, originating from anomalous IP geofences, or triggering behavioral security flags will be subjected to a mandatory cooling period.
5. Systemic Defense and Shielded Mode
The preservation of the community's baseline liquidity supersedes individual execution cycles.
- Algorithmic Intervention: You acknowledge that the AI Core monitors systemic global risk. If the Volatility Circuit Breaker detects severe market shocks, the system will autonomously enter Shielded Mode.
- Execution Halts:During Shielded Mode, active positions are liquidated into high-security stable assets, and your round timer is paused. Savanna holds zero liability for perceived "missed opportunities" or lack of yield generation during these protective hibernation periods.
6. Ecosystem Integrity and Prohibited Conduct
Savanna is a highly calibrated financial engine. Attempts to exploit or manipulate its mechanics will result in immediate, permanent excommunication.
- Prohibited Actions: You are strictly forbidden from engaging in multi-account fingerprinting, syndicate exploits, subscription cannibalization (attempting to withdraw MOB reserves), or reverse-engineering the Proof of Execution (PoE) receipts.
- Enforcement: Detection of prohibited conduct by our filter chain grants Savanna the unilateral right to freeze the offending account, claw back manipulated yields to the platform treasury, and report the associated telemetry to the Financial Reporting Centre (FRC) or relevant national authorities.
7. Ecosystem Scaling and Milestone Governance
Users who anchor volume to the platform are recognized through Institutional Milestones (from Bronze to Apex).
- Meritocratic Advancement: Progression through these milestones, and the subsequent commission structures unlocked, are governed entirely by the volume of active liquidity you bring to the ecosystem.
- Status Revocation:Savanna reserves the right to recalibrate commission thresholds or demote an account's milestone status if the required rolling-window liquidity volumes are not maintained.
8. Intellectual Property Sovereignty
The architecture, algorithms, UI visualizations, and mathematical frameworks driving the AI Core and the Leo engine remain the exclusive intellectual property of Savanna. The Proof of Execution (PoE) receipts provided to you are for individual verification of market activity only.
You are explicitly barred from utilizing platform data to construct derivative algorithms, competing protocols, or external market analysis models.
